As Haskaps have their own pectin there is no need for any more ingredients. The compote is dark, with intense fruitiness, - with just the right balance between tanginess and sweetness.
Haskap Compote is delicious with scones.
It will also go well on a cheese - board, pair it with any strong cheese such as a nice blue with crackers.
